Website rental

  1. The website is rented, not sold: Noverquis Ltd keeps ownership of the domain, content and design.
  2. Monthly rentals start with a 7-day free trial, then renew monthly until cancelled. Either party may end a monthly rental with 14 days' notice. Prepaid periods end automatically.
  3. Promotional prices shown on the rental page apply to monthly rentals until the date stated there; from that date the stated usual price applies, and we confirm the change by email at least 14 days before it. An annual payment keeps the promotional price for its full 12 months.
  4. The renter must hold any licence or registration their trade legally requires and keep it current; we may suspend the rental if it lapses.
  5. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, calls or revenue.
  6. The site shows that it is operated in partnership with the renter. We may decline or end a rental that would mislead visitors.
  7. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds for unused prepaid time are given pro rata if we end the rental early.
